SB56667 155 Posted June 13, 2011 Hey folks, I'm going to Ukraine on Wednesday for a couple of weeks, and since I've caught the PAM homage bug, my thought is to pick up a few old pocket watches with Molnija 3601/2/3s while I'm there. (The dollar-hryvna rate is very favorable at the moment, which is great for us but far less enjoyable for my Ukrainian relatives... :) :help3: ) As I'm looking around online at the many different Soviet-era watches, I'm thinking: is there anything else I should be looking for while I'm there, movement-wise? Are the Molnijas the only interesting/plausible options for vintage PAM homages? Are there options, say, that bear no real resemblance to the PAM Rolex movements, but would fit a PAM case and be interesting in their own right? Thanks in advance!
