Bill_C 148 Posted December 27, 2020 Define "rudimentary tools."If you mean basic hand pulling/setting tools, 3 or 4. If you mean basic " 'round the home" tools... 8 or 9.You can pick up the most basic of hand pulling and setting tools on eBay for less than $20... sometimes less than $10. Well worth the money. You could also use some tiny screwdrivers to lift the hands and some plastic to protect the dial, then use an old retractable ball point pen to set the hands... not my preferred method.
