Pohoho 0 Posted June 14, 2011 Hi all: I have a rep Pan that comes with rubber straps but they are just a bit of a tight fit for the buckle so putting needs some pulling effort. You may be able to see the squeeze in this picture: What are some way to loosen it up a little so that putting it on is a lesser sweaty affair? I'm thinking of sanding it down with sandpaper but is concerned that the "sharpness" on the edges will be lost. Forcing the buckle to open a bit seems a job for a precise and delicate hand, which I've none. Any other suggestions? Thank you.

Pohoho 0 Posted June 22, 2011 use a 24mm buckle. Thats a brilliant idea hounddoggie, talk about thinking outside the box. All this while I was focusing on the "problem" strap but the solution is the buckle!
