Seagull ST-19 hand wind Chrono problem

I have a Seagull St-19 Chrono. It’s been working fine, but yesterday pulled it out of my watch box. Wound the watch up, and the re set button doesn’t work. I can push it in, but doesn’t re set. I only wear it occasionally, and hasn’t been dropped.

 

Any ideas?
