I have been holding out on you - picture heavy

Hi all,

I realised after looking at everyone else's pictures that I haven't posted any of my pics from recent purchases and not so recent ones.

Warning....as the title says this will be picture heavy.

1. First up is my Gen Oris F1 Williams Skeleton Watch. This is the first proper watch I bought 2 years ago which started my fascination with watches.

2. Ceramic Submariner from Reg. I was dead chuffed when this came in the post, real eye catcher, keeps great time and one day delivery what more could you ask for at £75

3. A super cheapie from Times-shop.net the $48 special. This thing has been bomb proof. Put it on a Nato strap and it has stood up to everything

4. Next is a quartz AP from Mary. Great finish, nice a weighty and very confortable to wear

5. Finally the cheapest one of the lot the $30 PO from Silix. Rapid delivery and the bracelet isn't the greatest (gap by SEL and a bit lightweight) but I paid $30 and I chuffed with what I received.

Enjoy

@robznet

Thanks, after seeing some of the pics on here others have set the bar rather high but they turned out alright.

@legger & Cobnson

Thanks, I thought the same about the Oris too. Also for a Gen it was an alright entry level watch which I didnt think many people would have

Nice collection. I also quite like that Oris. And I also snagged that $30 PO from Silix. Once I put a leather strap on it, I was very pleased.

Is that a rep aquatimer, or a gen? If it's a rep can I ask where you got it from and for how much? Also, can you do a couple more pics of it please?

Thanks

It is a rep but to be honest it isn't great. The hour markers should be white but are a tinge of yellow and the date wheel is the wrong colour but I will take some close up pics to show you. But I love the look of the aquatimer especially with the yellow and black bezel

Thanks Scott. On a cheap strap of eBay to honest. I was looking for a soft destressed leather strap and for $38 I couldn't complain
