Fixing a XF 15202

Recommended Posts

Dear all,

I am a long time lurker on these subs but finally decided to buy my first rep a few months ago a Royal Oak 39mm 15202 XF V2. I was very happy with the overall look of the watch but sadly within a few weeks, one of the bezel screws came lose and I lost it. Since then I have reached out to my TD and he has sent me a new screw. I have not yet received it but wondering how hard this will be to fix and most importantly what screwdriver i should best buy to do it. It looks like roughly 2mm to me so would something like this be my best bet?  Screwdriver .

I had already struggled quite a lot with removing a link from the bracelet because the screws indent is very shallow. Screwdrivers are only marketed by their width but not but the thickness of the blade which seems to be quite important also to fit well in the screw? Any advice on how to best go about this would be most welcome!

Thank you

Just get a set of screwdrivers like these, they'll be VERY useful in the future:

Plus a stone (a 1000/3000 would be ok) and the tool to sharpen their tips:

And eventually also a set of tweezers:

Also do NOT use superglue on the screws. The very most maybe is the medium (or light) thread locker. Never the red strong one.

Thank you very much for your reply but sadly the links do not work?
