fe22ari 0 Posted July 3, 2011 Bought a watch, it took a week to arrive from China. After, literally, a couple of hours of wear the chrono reset button fell out. Sent back the watch. Should it be a repair or replace? How long is too long before naming and shaming?
greg_r 84 Posted July 3, 2011 Often a repair is actually better, because the watch gets checked out generally. This things take time, though - I've waited two months (actually a little more) to get a watch back before now.

Don't want to point the finger just yet. but if it fell apart after a couple of hours I'd hope to get a straight replacement but this is not your local high street.
