GingerHuw 6,957 Posted December 31, 2022 I'd bought a Superocean Heritage '57 Special Edition (LGBTQ) a while ago, and whilst I really love the watch, the mesh bracelet is a bit too out there for everyday use. It is lovely on the bracelet, but with the rainbow markers, it's just a tad OTT day in, day out. Perhaps to counter that, the Gen is also available on a plain black leather jobbie so I commissioned Tango to try and copy the strap several moons ago. She delivered as always and it looked lovely, but I didn't have a Breitling tang buckle so didn't wear it. One AliExpress shopping trip later (with a long delay for shipping) means it's only just arrived so I FINALLY get to wear the strap. It's so good! Looks better than the Gen and is so soft, supple and lovely, it's great! It even smells delicious. It turns the watch into a much more wearable and less 'out there' affair now. GingerHuw 6,957 Posted January 1 Just about! Not the best lume though - you need to stand in a dark cupboard for a few hours so your eyes become ultra sensitive, then attack the lume with a UV light. But yes, rainbow-ish lume! Here's one I took a while ago: It is still nice on bracelet, just quite 'a lot'. Here's some more arm hair for all my Only Fans out there.
