At the time of posting my reply the exact design was available on Alixpress. As mentioned it was $180 so your budget is was off. Sadly it's no longer listed, that said this exact watch is discussed on reddit every 3-4months using that exact picture and easy to find posts. You snooze you lose. These (similar ones), but not with metal case, were quite in trend around 6 years ago, used in Naples (Italy), which is one of the capital of thieves that were stealing precious (see: Rolex, AP, Patek...) watches off the wrists of unprepared tourists. Anyway, for what I see, it's plenty of them on eBay but they are around 250€, or you can build it yourself: get a dial here: https://wrwatches.com/products/relax-dial-for-seiko-mod and a NH35 based homage here: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005003118496491.html and put the 2 together.
