ETA 7750 Hands for IW37701 and IW37710 - are they the same?

I am planning to change the asian movement in a ZF IWC 377710:

ZF IW37710

to an ETA 7750 (with an IWC rotor if I can source one) . Found a Hands-Set for an ETA 7750 ,

it claims to be a set for an IW3777-01:

ZF 3777 (01) Black Dial

Does anyone know if the Hands-Sets are exactly the same for both movements, or are there any differences like in color or size?

Potentially interested in doing this too.

I believe you're looking at the right set to replace the rep hands, as you've probably already found out, there is a slight difference in the collet size one one or more of the hands between the Asian and Swiss movements. I think it's the chrono second hand which has a slightly different pinion size.

Regarding the 3777-01 vs 10 I believe they are the same as I've seen the same reference used when checking for the gen hands.
