kolchak 17 Posted July 8, 2011 Got Mary's new Pam 005 version today & IMHO it's nice for ~ $230. Can't comment or compare to H factory version because I don't have any & unfort I'm not qualified to do a full review. Hopefullly a pam or two can experts comment where I can't. I can say the dial quality & lume are excellent, case sure looks like quality, the CG lever is tight, winds smoothly and the lug pins are very easy to take in & out. The only complaint is the louding ticking that can be heard from almost 2 feet away. The strap is very good quality & certainly much better than most rep straps but not my speed. Had a suspicion this would be the case so I brought a KH to the post office for a quick change. Here are the pics - Happened to wearing my ska lumed DSN 25 at the time so did a quick side by side.
