Was looking to wear this watch tonight for first time in a while and went to set time before winding and crown came off so can't wind or set time anymore. 

Anybody able to fix ??

The mechanism with the spring has separated from the crown.  You need a new crown/stem.  I had the same thing happen and ended up buying a case from rafflesdial as it was more cost effective than trying to source a crown.
