pprx 17 Posted March 13 I received an empty package from jtime.io today. The watch I ordered was not included. The parcel looked to be in its original packaging. My last order from jtime went without any problems. I have now written to Li and Lana and asked them to solve the problem. When I have received a reply, I will get back to you. pprx 17 Posted March 14 I complained to Li and Lana about the missing watch. The current status is that I have submitted a damage report to the local postal service. Li and Lana are clarifying this with their shipping agent. I am still waiting for an answer. So far the behavior has been very professional. In the meantime, another parcel from a different jtime order has arrived. The watch was included. I noticed that the packaging was completely different from that of the shipment without the watch. But they are the shipper, so they need to contact DHL. what I found remarkably strange was that the sender came from Germany according to the sticker on the package. He wants to send me a new watch as a replacement. So far the handling of this shipment by Jtime has been very professional and I am very pleased so far. Therefore, in this case, the German sender address. Due to the design of triangular shipping, it also makes sense in this case for you as the recipient to file a damage report with DHL. DHL would like to inspect the parcel. And only the recipient has the parcel. I then gave the processing number to the sender.
