Foolish1 0 Posted July 19, 2011 I need a small travel case that holds two watches. I usually bring two watches with me when I go out of town for work and currently, I just shove them down in a sock. It looks like most of the cases available hold the watches flat but I'd like to find one that uses some padding between the strap and the back of the watch so it is held in a traditional "loop" fasion. Any ideas? Thanks.
houndoggie 58 Posted July 19, 2011 you can just put a little piece of cloth between the caseback and strap. I have a 2 watch travel case (from Toro Bravo, free with purchase) that came with little velvety tabs that you place in between the case and the strap. Works well. powderfreak 0 Posted July 19, 2011 Shouldn't we get some decent travel cases for the rwg shop soon? I think I heard something like that....
Foolish1 0 Posted July 19, 2011 Thanks guys. That helps really. I just love that I get responses from the members here. Another site I wont mention has members with their heads so far up their own asses so all I get is silence!
greg_r 81 Posted July 19, 2011 Allegedly the RWG shop will indeed be listing travel cases before long (assuming that they arrived and that Col finds time to list 'em!) There's a fair selection on Amazon too, for what it's worth. Looking to pick something up myself for my next trip - I usually take two - three watches... omni 6 Posted July 19, 2011 The trouble with multiple watches in a roll case is you need to put some separation between the watches or they just bang into each other. Better solution is the Oakley watch travel vaults, just carry as many as the watches you bring, they come in large and small size. These pictures were posted in a watchuseek thread about them last week. They are available on Amazon for USD $20.
