But don't post items and then don't bid on them, because if you do, other lose the chance to bid. If there are items that are really popular, such as the stealth dial, I would suggest taking turns if a bunch of guys want one. I am good for now, really need to save my dollars for a good fiddy homage... doesn't mean I won't bid on ANYTHING, but I will stay away from stealth dials for sure - bunch of people want those.... I would also suggest that we include in our posts our max bid... if the bidding goes higher before the end of the auction, then someone else could come in... Say I like the xxx w/ xxy dial but it goes to $45 two hours before the end of auction and I won't bid higher than $40 - well, if we said our top was $40, then member Z now knows that he can come in (might even post, "I will come in on item 22266444 if I rises above Joe's max of $40.... Complicated, but we don't want to end up bidding against each other - only one can win but he will end up paying more.... Anyway, just some ideas...
