Massimo 53 Posted July 28, 2009 I think I'll try $55.74 on this one finishing tomorrow: http://cgi.ebay.com/47MM-Vintagep-Orange-N...4#ht_1233wt_907 I don't think anyone's on it already, let me know if I've missed an earlier post. Got it! Wow, auctions are tough. Got it for a civilised $37.75 though so I'm very happy to be joining the 47mm club.
greg_r 82 Posted July 28, 2009 Not fond of Cali dials in general, but that looks damned good for the money...

Massimo 53 Posted July 28, 2009 That looks more like a Cali/Rolex dial smash up Well Rolex supplied Panerai so maybe that's OK. To be honest the combination of arabic and roman numerals on the true Cali dial does my head in - so no doubt I'll be in love with it in a few months time and have to buy one! JohnG 41 Posted July 28, 2009 Did you guys see HD's SANDWICH Cali dial? I HAVE GOT TO HAVE ONE!!! Can you say, STEALTH CALI???
Member X 91 Posted July 29, 2009 I'm not keen on the Cali dials but the stealth look would be cool I'm waiting for my sniped Parnis now - I have no patience!! lol Still awaiting the white faced, blue markings, 3714-a-like to come up on there - they seem pretty rare, which is annoying as they then go for loads... Dr.Manhatten 0 Posted July 30, 2009 always reminds me of the oris carlos coste divers watch, would be a good little watch to do a review on, too see what you can actualy get for under 60bucks!
alphakazi 0 Posted July 30, 2009 always reminds me of the oris carlos coste divers watch, would be a good little watch to do a review on, too see what you can actualy get for under 60bucks! some of these cheapies are impressive - just got in a parnis uboat TOF homage and sterile big bang - both in and around this price range - the build quality is comparable to reps worth a couple hundred easily
Member X 91 Posted July 30, 2009 Link to the Big Bang? I'm not sure I want one because they're a bit 'in fashion', but for the right price I could be tempted... lol
JohnG 41 Posted July 30, 2009 always reminds me of the oris carlos coste divers watch, would be a good little watch to do a review on, too see what you can actualy get for under 60bucks! It is a "homage" of the Titanium Oris Chrono Diver. In fact, this watch has the same case and bracelet as the 7750 Oris rep, but with mineral crystal, quartz movement, and rebranded dial.... Here is the Ti Oris for comparison:
