Picked this beauty up a few years ago for $600 from a local sale; all original and lots of wabi!

One of my favorite oldies... This one will have a long term place in my collection, and hopefully in my son's collection someday as well...

Thanks for looking

That's a really beautiful piece Ubi. I've looked at a few of them on ebay.

Nice touch with the grand-son in the background.

Very nice, I love old Omegas. Some good reference pics there for anyone doing a bit of artifical ageing too.

Thanks, gang.

Indeed... There's just something about vintage Omega that I just love. The charm and character... Lots of fun, no doubt

This is one of those small little details that I just love. The signed crystal with the Omega horseshoe right in the center...

Plus, it wears well on the wrist. Very comfortable :)

Cheers!

That's a gorgeous watch, Ubi. Love the patina on the dial and hands.

How does this 'true' Vintage SM300 compare to the 'new re-constructed' Watchco SM300

I was hoping this was a for sale thread when I saw the title. That's one of my favorites.
