mondeov6 0 Posted August 22, 2011 Today I got something very nice in the mail!! The watch came well packed and protected! The watch is a Victorinox Swiss Army Ground Force Titanium Chrono that I bought from kolchak last week. When I saw this one in the "Member to Member" sales section I really did like it right away. It is a great looking watch and I am very pleased with the red dial. Just as stated in the sales thread the watch.. "is in very good condition but has some normal wear marks"... Well, the wear marks were very light and were quite easily polished out! After spending a little time trying to figure out how to reinitialize the chrono hands, they all now resets perfectly to zero. The watch came on a quite comfortable rubber strap but I did replace it with a mesh bracelet. I think it looks great on mesh! Some info on the watch... * 43mm * Made in Switzerland with precision Swiss analog quartz movement (ETA 27 jewel non-thermocompensated). * 3 layer Anti-reflection sapphire crystal * Water resistant to 10 ATM (100 meters/330 feet) * Luminous hands and hour markers * Steel & titanium case * Screw-in caseback * Chronograph * Tachymeter * Rubber Strap * Chronograph 60 min- 60 sec- 1/10th sec ...some pictures.... For resetting the chrono second hand I pulled the crown to position 3 (time setting). Then pushed the top chrono button to set the second hand to zero. Holding the button will move the hand faster. Short pushes advances the hand one second per push. To set the chrono minute hand I pulled the crown to position 2. (Same procedure to reset the hand.)
