21J movement runs face down but no other position

Whenever I put the watch on it stops. How do I fix this problem?

Just quit putting the watch on; problem solved!

 

Just kidding, probably a bad balance wheel, or misaligned. Have you taken the back off and looked at it? Best to post macro pictures of the movement if you can.

Couldn't get the cover off, is it possible for me to do it without the special tool? In the mean time here's a pic with it on, you might be able to see it this way
