is this typical of ems shipping?

The past few days there have been no updates, the last update simply said it left the sorting center after going through gz customs.

Sometimes you'll get the watch before ems tracking updates at certain stages

yes...after it leaves china the EMS site is useless, in canada I use the canadapost site for tracking once its outta china and that is fairly accurate

Quite normal, the tracking sucks mate.

There are times it still reads as being in GZ three days after it in on your wrist.

Learn to ignore it.

Yeh thats what it always says on mine, dont really get anymore information off EMS, in the UK they use parcelforce when it gets to the UK you can track it better off there website

Im in the US so Idk if there's any other way to track it

usps.com possibly unless it gets handled by dhl or some other service

I'm in the US also, use USPS and it will track it better than EMS will. Although, lately even the USPS tracking has been spotty at best.

Just checked both, USPS says they are preparing, EMS says they are at outgoing int'l, in surbharhuri (?), needless to say the first package arrived 4 days ago....

Just peacefully wait for the watch mate, checking the tracking 3 times a day is only going to make the wait more frustrating.
