Dingo1974 0 Posted September 21, 2011 Hi guys Just wondering what the done thing is when you receive your watch and there are obvious issues on the face which weren't in the QC pics? Obviously I've sent a message to the seller and have full confidence everything will be resolved but what I'm wondering is will I have to pay all the postage costs again or is it usually shared ie I send it back at my expense then a replacement is shipped at the sellers expense? No doubt these things happen, such is life but as it's the first time it's happened to me hence asking the question regarding postage should the watch go back, most definitely not calling out the dealer/seller.
