Care and Feeding of a Sea Gull?

Any tips or tutorials on caring for a Sea Gull HW (I believe that it's a ST19 movement) chrono? I've scoured the net and haven't been able to find much info on the "do's and don'ts".

Not much to tell, really. Never press the reset button while the chrono is running (always stop it first) and it's generally a good idea to make sure that the chrono hand is within 10 seconds of the 12 marker before re-setting it - reduces the chances of the hand slipping on the pinion. The ST19 is pretty solid in general.
