rld14 0 Posted November 14, 2011 Hi, Thought I'd post an intro... I have a few Genuine watches but after seeing a really good replica Submariner I got intrigued by reps. One of my real watches is an old Cosmograph that I bought cheap about 9 years ago (When nobody wanted them) but have now become a little afraid to wear. My 6263 is rather well worn but it basically sleeps in the bank, next time I'm there I'll get pics of it. Other daily watch that I wear is a 14kt Date with a riveted band circa 1987 and a newer SS datejust which I really don't like too much. Just sold this... Was too small for me. rld14 0 Posted November 17, 2011 (edited) Here's my Date.. 14kt Rolex date w Riveted band, circa 1987. Was my father's. Need to get the band fixed properly, the bottom end lug is a gold filled aftermarket as is the top link which is a bit of a mess. Can't find a NICE original band for it that's not stupid money.
