Captain Swoop 0 Posted January 17, 2012 How do I embed a youtube video into a post on here? YThe board doesn't use the tags I am used to.
Nisv 0 Posted January 17, 2012 Just post the youtube link as it is, like this: h t t p ://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iDVguQQkRIo Just leave out the empty spaces inbetween the h t t p, I just put them there to stop the video from playing
greg_r 83 Posted January 17, 2012 Alternatively, on the post dialog, to the left of the font menu there's a small square icon. Hit it and select 'media' In the "media URL" box post the direct youtube URL to the video ... you then get this: In theory, the board should automatically re-write a pasted youtube URL with the necessary extras, but it doesn't always work
jeffw69 0 Posted January 17, 2012 What I do, which works, is when I am on the youtube page, I copy the url at the top of the page, then I come here and just paste it. edit: slow I am :yoda:
Prancuzas 0 Posted January 17, 2012 (edited) Or use just simply type Edited January 17, 2012 by Prancuzas
