ks653 0 Posted February 14, 2012 Hey guys... Have been a little late with my intro but here it is! I've been reading this forum for the longest time and must say that it's a great place! It's almost become a habit to check the forum on a daily basis now! I joined thinking that I'm a Rolex guy but guess what - have fallen in love with the PAMs! My wrist at only 6.75in is probably not big enough for a 44mm PAM (else the 111 noob would probably have been my first choice) but thought I'd start with PAM 119 (the one offered by Robert (RIP) a while back). It's 40mm and I love the blue dial. Mary was awesome enough to source it from me and I should get it in a couple of days hopefully. I think it'll also give me a good idea whether the 44mm will work for me or not. Will post pics once I get the watch. Cheers!

ks653 0 Posted February 14, 2012 I think I will probably end up buying one for sure :-)... love the Fiddy too but 47mm will surely be too big! Maybe a mini Fiddy, but lets see.
Luthier 1 Posted February 14, 2012 Welcome!!! Stick with smaller PAMs, they're great. Here's mine:

Luthier 1 Posted February 14, 2012 Hi Luth - which PAM is it in your pic? PAM 168 from Mary. Fantastic watch. @RRR - sure, when I'll find, where to buy and will have time to go there.
Gazillionaire 0 Posted February 14, 2012 Same wrist size as me mate and Pam 44mm will fit perfect, made for that wrist size I reckon. Don't go with the girly 40mm size lol, I have a vintage EGI being done by Uwe at the moment and that's 47mm and that will be fine, max size I'd say but wearable
ks653 0 Posted February 14, 2012 So I bought a Mini Fiddy (44mm) as well from M2M... got it at a good price for a first 44mm. Will try it on... seems like I'll graduate to the 44mm if all goes well... 40mm could go to the wife :-)...
greg_r 81 Posted February 14, 2012 A fiddy should be fine on a 6.75" wrist. It doesn't wear as big as the diameter might suggest.
opus9 0 Posted February 14, 2012 pam will fit you fine..my daily is a Radiomir..they sit lower on the wrist and IMO look classier than the Luminors. i wear a ceramic 292 on a peter gunny caitlin 3..this picture will show you how low they actually sit on the wrist.
