peariver 0 Posted February 17, 2012 Been contemplating the purchase of a repl for a few weeks now and research finally brought me here today. Joined and pulled the trigger with Silix after reading the better part of the day post around here and searching websites of trusted dealers. Well maybe I am still somewhat of a skeptic since I only pulled the trigger on the February $29.99 specials but did by two watches. Haven't heard back from Silix but now realize it was 4am there when I sent the email. I like to ease in the water rather than jumping off in the deep end. Hopefully I will be pleased and upgrade next time to the swiss eta models, but would like to ask if they are that much better than the asian and do they last much longer.
