landwomble 0 Posted October 15, 2009 Guys, got a Planet Ocean from Narikaa 11th Sept. It had a missing pearl so I sent it back, and the guy was great about getting a new replacement out by return post. This arrived and on the 18th the new one's date advance failed. Sent it back, he confirmed receipt on 21st Sept and sent to his watchsmith. Followed up and got a response on the 5th and then the 15th Oct saying watchsmith pretty busy, then not heard anything else since. Anyone know if he's on holiday or something? It's bound to take a few days at least for him to get the watch sorted - the 15th was only yesterday, after all. I'd give him a few days and maybe drop him an email next week. Standup guy, great trader. He's off to the far east and think he's been snowed under clearing the decks beforehand. I'd recommend him highly, anyway.
