mianos 0 Posted March 14, 2012 I handled a gen one of these today. There is an easy way to tell the gen from the rep, the gen movement is 100% straight nickel plated. There is no perlage, no blue screws and the rotor engraving is not as deep (yes WTF, the gen looks like it's electro-etched). It does look nice in a neat/plain sort of way but what a joke that then rep seems fancier. If you didn't really know this watch and you had the two sitting next to each other you would swear 100% that the rep is the gen. (ps. 100% sure it's a gen, I know where he bought it even).
