bklynboy 0 Posted April 5, 2012 Read wtchgk's write up on RWI and got the urge when this popped up on M2M in another forum Arrived in 3 days without a strap but luckily there was a nice lizard in my drawer Watch still had the plastic on case back when it arrived Has the new 29j A7750 with a beautifully decorated rotor It cost me $200 so exposure is limited, will hack the movement when it's in the box but enjoying on my wrist for now . . . Luthier 1 Posted April 5, 2012 Very beautiful and classy watch, BB, great buy! I've never heard about 7750 with 29 stones... enlighten me, please.
bklynboy 0 Posted April 5, 2012 Maybe mistaken but believe the add'l 2 jewels reside on the gears that transfer the seconds from original position at 9 to 6 Earlier versions did not have these gears jeweled and had some reliability issues?
Luthier 1 Posted April 5, 2012 True, there's no extra jewels in A7750, that's why they're die quite soon, with sec@6 or @12 configuration. Usual A7750 has 25 stones. How's reliability of your watch?

Vbmrk 0 Posted April 11, 2013 +1 Curious to know myself. I love this watch but have resisted getting it due to the numerous movement issues I've read about. Even considered plunking down 1k+ for the franken version just to own a good version of this watch.

B3nj4min3 0 Posted June 15, 2013 I've been looking at getting a 29J version myself but have been reluctant due to the aforementioned reliability issues. Any information on how the watch is running would be a great help.

bklynboy 0 Posted June 22, 2013 Key is to hack the movement when not in use, haven't worn it a lot to be honest, but it is running perfect
