I am not the type to participate in forums but I found this one and was impressed with the fact that many here seem to be interested in "watch making" I have always been one to want to know how things work and are made. I have rebuilt car/boat/jetski motors and love to pull apart anything that is broken in an attempt to fix it. Watches are my latest hobby. I hope to learn a lot from the people in this forum. Have a good look around and take advantage of the search function, If I recall correctly there is a TOn of info including movement teardowns from manufacturers if you look hard enough, along with a wealth of members who know way more than me but who are equally as in love with horology as I am, and hi welcome to the best damn watch forum on the planet!
