Need some advice.

I recently ordered rep Tag Heuer grand calibre 36 with a Japan quartz movement. After about five days of use everything but the second hand will stop working. If I reset the time it will work for about ten minutes and stop again. Could this just be a weak battery? Any feed back will be much appreciated.

Thats probably the only thing I can try. I'm just not sure I want to go poking around inside the watch. I don't know if a local jeweler would even touch it because it's a rep.
