There are marks on the back for where you do the cuts. Just do 1 at the time so you don't make it too short right away.

Also cut 1 side at the time.

Just what mostling said.

 

Plus you may need to bevel one or both of the edges - just make sure you do not compromise the hole for the spring bar.

 

Do it one at a time and you can not go wrong.

i see,

 

but how do i cut the part on the buckle side (the one with the push button)

how do i remove the buckle?

 

the other one i understand

these designers havent got anythin better to do than giving me a hard time ,ha ha!!

 

btw, the watch is a beauty...just received it, i will be uploading pics asap
