T-Roy 0 Posted June 20, 2012 After a good bit of reading on this forum and other spots, it seems the watch that I really would like to grab may not be a good choice.....the IWC Portuguese Chrono. I appreciate all the great info supplied on this forum. With that in mind I think my next choice would be the IWC Portuguese 7day. It has the 21j movement. Does this sound like a wise move considering the issues with the 7750 movement in the chrono. I do realize what I will be buying (a replica), but I do want to strive to get a watch that will work. It doesn't have to be perfect....but, again, I would like a watch that looks good and works. Thanks for your input.
Anonimo 0 Posted June 20, 2012 I was very tempted but the chrono issue did put me off
Prancuzas 0 Posted June 21, 2012 two things that should bother you - smaller subdails and 'sunken' datewheel. Overall replica market provides quite nice rep on portu 7days

Prancuzas 0 Posted June 21, 2012 Check out Silix's website, he has quite good choices on that rep for a decent price 170-200usd with AR coated saphires and working PR
