If you don't send it back, you will regret it many times later - it may even lead to you selling the watch at a big loss at some date. 3 months is a long time now, but, if the watch is a keeper, it's the right thing to do.

 

IMO, of course.

PS - Mary does QC and regulates the time of all her watches before shipping. You might remember that for the next order. You can probably get a new, regulated watch from Mary before your "fixed one" gets back. And will your return be regulated or just another watch - for better or worse ?

 

Good luck with your problem.

 

Occasionally, I don't listen to my own advice and wish I had.
