I'm really wanting a gold AP - was thinking about the Don ramon de Cruz or the pride of mexico, how has the gold worn if you don't mind me asking and how is the quality on the quartz models as i may try one of these in gold to see if i like it before splashing out on something more expensive. Again great collection - BRAVO !! IMHO the RG works fine - I have not had an issue except on a watch that had a hidden crown that was not plated well. Quartz is a great way to go to try out a watch before spending a lot - the difference between the ultimate RBII and the quartz one is more than X5. Please please could you tell me where you order from ive had a few dissapointments. mykeos 0 Posted August 16, 2012 Very nice collection!I'm also starting to build up my AP (for now only quartz) collection.RG rubberclad is already en route, if I am satisfied with the dealer, I will move on to Royal Oak RG, two chronogpraphs and a Barrichello. The thing that bothers me about AP reps is that you only have cheap quartz ones and very expensive superreps.I haven't come across an automatic rep in the mid range price segment.
