AllergyDoc 40 Posted December 5, 2009 Received this Friday. The pics first: At 46 mm, it's a good-sized watch. Yet it's not too heavy. The strap is everything Greg and others have said Tat's straps were: thick, soft, and very wearable from the start. Plenty long, too. The movement is not very loud. I can't comment on the accuracy as I've only had it one day. However, I can already tell it's not for me. It needs AR, badly. The lume, which is supposed to be C1 Superlume, didn't pass my minimum lume test. I charged it up under my bright reading lamp for more 30 minutes, yet I couldn't read the time at 4:00 a.m. My guess is they simply didn't put enough lume material on the dial. Those are not critical faults by any means: it's still a great watch and a bargain at just over $100 shipped EMS. I guess I learned I don't care much for the "Pilot" watch look. Does anyone know what movement the Steinhart uses, I'm assuming that this is a fraction of the Steinhart's cost?
