greg_r 81 Posted December 14, 2009 Needed to pick up a replacement strap for my 'Mini Egi' and didn't want to spend too much dough. I will probably order a hand-made strap from Getat before much longer, but I wanted something decent in a hurry, so returned to a UK-based strap dealer from whom I've bought before. This was the first strap I bought from him earlier in the year - a cracked leather 'vintage' style strap for my PVD radiomir ( the photo doesn't do it justice). The strap is one of the softest I own, is incredibly comfortable and very well made: On the basis of the above, I went back to him again for this one: Again, it's as soft as butter, beautifully made and exceptionally comfortable. It even came with a decent buckle. The thing that separates these straps from the rest of the competition is the price. I paid less than £20 each including shipping ($30-ish). They'd be great value at double that. For anybody interested, the dealer is "sectime" on eBay UK and these straps are from his "Panor" range. Member X 91 Posted December 15, 2009 Thanks for the link, I think I'll have a look on there for a decent croc for my IWC rep - the standard plasticky item looks ok but really isn't fitting for what is an expensive watch in real life...
greg_r 81 Posted December 15, 2009 I don't know what his other straps are like, as I've only had the two PAM straps from him but I can tell you that his ebay photos of the PANOR straps really don't do them justice, so hopefully the same will apply to the others.
