sardonix 1 Posted September 1, 2012 This WI version and also Toro is very good quality, noob factory has a nice Hulk with sunburst dial and no wokky rehaut.
hnic 1 Posted September 1, 2012 thanks wonder how a 40mm suits my wrist
sardonix 1 Posted September 1, 2012 Will suit fine i think, they are not as chunky as the Breitlings, but more comfortable in my opinion. If it is your first Rolex i would considder the black sub, i had a Hulk (oversized cheapy from Narikaa) and was bored of that green after a couple of days. hnic 1 Posted September 1, 2012 its my first rolex wasnt really into them before you might be right about the green colour thanks again
sardonix 1 Posted September 1, 2012 This is a black sub of mine its more classic than the green and goes with all your clothes.
hnic 1 Posted September 1, 2012 where did you get It from? how is the quality (same level as sosf?!) and what price?! thanks
sardonix 1 Posted September 1, 2012 Bought it from a member on rwi, origin is pure time best edition with swiss eta 358 usd. This is very good quality compared to Breitlings i had SA and B01 but its a different watch not so big and chunky and heavy. So i don't know exactly how you specify quality. sardonix 1 Posted September 1, 2012 i was thinking about the dssd before the submariner is It better build? Its a nice heavy very well build watch mine is a expensive version with swiss eta. I think you like it better then the sub if you are a Breitling kinda guy for your first Rolex.
myaz 3 Posted September 1, 2012 thanks looks nice wondering if the weight is 'ok' Do you mean "OK" compared to weight of gen? The watch has heft. The watch essentially the same weight as gen because it's made of similar materials. My sub actually weighs more than the gen, probably due to mid links. weight of gens
dalboy 2 Posted September 1, 2012 Both are equally matched , but the DSSD is a heavy beastie and so feels more substantial.......................Thats what i mean..,wireless keeps fucking up and pissing about with my posts.. Hope thats a lot clearer for you.. Dal...
