Wiz 0 Posted September 10, 2012 Got this project from Romain, he wanted me to assemble a watch from pretty much all gen parts and a Phong case. First installed the gen tube and crown. Got to use these Rolex tweezers that a friend got me from a Rolex Service Center. Gen crystal and bezel installed. Pic of the gen movement when it arrived. Started disassembling to clean the date mechanism and keyless work, which was drown in oil. Sliding pinion also needed to be replaced. Old one on the left, teeth half-eaten. Star wheel also needed replacement. Day and date discs installed. Pie-Pan dial installed. Hands. Movement shots. All done. Pressure test. Macro shots. Thanks for watching.
