briantyk 0 Posted October 11, 2012 Hello, I purchased this fine time piece from AsiaKrono.com and it has been serving me very well for the past year. Recently I dropped my watch and now the snapback will not stay clamped. It will close but when I move my arm around the watch will come loose. The clamps inside the hole look fine and I can press the release buttons but I don't hear the usual "click" noise when I press the snapback in. Is this issue beyond my ability to fix? I have little to no knowledge about fixing watches. I realize this is a replica watch but I want to do as much as I can to save it.
trailboss99 997 Posted October 11, 2012 The snapback? This watch has a screw back. Do you mean the clasp?

digger2 0 Posted October 11, 2012 Have you checked that the divers extension is properly put in place, if not it can cause the problem.
d00med 0 Posted October 12, 2012 Happens all the time to me. Try bending the wrist-side fold over piece(s) of the clasp in either direction (depending on which direction holds it fast). The bend's got to be very slight. think in terms of micrometers.
