csplummer 0 Posted October 12, 2012 Greetings, Been reading like crazy here for a couple of weeks now, and pulled the trigger on my first rep ever....a vintage 5513 from Mary and Rochest. Just shipped out today so excited to see what I get. I figure you have to start somewhere. Been into watches for about 15 years and have owned lots of gens over those years and still have PP, VC, BP, Zenith, Rolex. Had not purchased anything new in awhile and somehow plunged into Seiko divers, a Tsunami and a Steinhart as I just dont want to sink big bucks into more watches. Have really enjoyed these cheaper watches and decided to give a shot to a rep Rolex. I love vintage Rolies and have read various posts from folks here. Curious what your favorite vintage Rollie sub models are and why? Cheers!

myaz 3 Posted October 12, 2012 Welcome from Colorado. Not much into rollies, less into vintage subs but plenty of love for these here. Congrats on the gens but the best reps here won't be PPs, VCs or BPs.

csplummer 0 Posted October 12, 2012 I will post a family shot when the rep arrives. Will be quite the array from a gen PP5056P to the rep Rolex and Seikos. Funny thing is, it is easy to be attached to all of them equally, for different reasons.
