226600b 0 Posted October 13, 2012 Just started purchasing reps and I love it! Ive noticed that In any large rep collection that anyone with a rolex always has a sub. Its a staple, always the first or second watch purchased. I of course followed suit. I then saw the PAMs and I want it to be my second watch I purchase. I was just wondering do PAMs have a "sub" watch. In other words the "classic" PAM, the staple that all PAM owners would buy first and always have in their collection? I love almost all the PAMs and know I will own more than one in the future but want the buy "The PAM" for my first one. Any help would be appreciated, thanks. sequoia 0 Posted October 13, 2012 My 1st Pam was 243n and I love it. That said the 111n is on my short list so you can't go wrong with that. NFleischer 4,354 Posted October 13, 2012 Yes- most popular 'entry' model I would say is the 111. Try to get the new V3 from the 'Noob' Factory. I also really like the 005, very similiar but slightly different dials and closed caseback.. Anyway, if you start getting hooked, you'll end up with a lot of different ones. Del 4,433 Posted October 13, 2012 The iconic PAM must be the 127 but at 47mm it's not as versatile as a 44mm PAM IMHO.
