21j Noombariner freezes on date change

So i have a Noobmariner from TTK from WAY back i the day.

 

It rolls date around 3AM and takes a good hour to do it.

 

Problem is now it doesn't roll the date. It'sl iike the date wheel is sticky or something, the thing runs perfect all day until the date starts rolling, then the whole watch stops.

 

 

If you pull the crown and rotate the time, it will complete it's date change and carry on another day.

 

Is there an easy way to fix this? I don't think the watch is worth servicing, but if it's not too difficult I would pop it open and give it a shot.
