theslavetrainer 0 Posted October 31, 2012 Hi there ive read your forums for ages but never needed to ask for help etc , its a fantastic resource and the search button is always my first port of call. The nickname is a long story- but has stuck over the years..... I have a collection of genuine and replica watches. Last count was 163. 38 Genuine the rest Reps of varying quality- Personally I like to buy a rep before I will buy an original of a particulr model and each watch has its individuality. I do all my battery changes etc and have all the tools. I like to buff and polish certain reps cases and bracelets if they look too cheap etc. My autos are many and varied, and I usally go for a ceramic, solid stainless and only gold or gold combination in genuine models. I have a couple of rolex but steer clear of them just out of preference. I like Designer watch Replicas, having said that I detest Chanel reps- Australia has been flooded with them. I like reliable quartz movements and chronos. Occasionally I will buy an auto with a 21j but they tend to .....me off as the chrono dials are just pumpers, so tend to just go day date.
