Need some guidance

Hi All

 

Am new at this repair stuff but managed to remove a movement from a vintage mechanical Tissot (782-1). Its been dead for over 30 years after my wife put it through the washing machine!

 

Rather than take the movement to bits and try and repair it I think it would be better (at my level of expertise) to replace it with a clone. But where do I find a supplier that carries something that will fit. The spec is:
