philfish 0 Posted November 27, 2012 Hi everyone! I purchased a Paneri Luminor from a 'reputable' and trusted seller about 6 months ago. The first one didnt arrive - caught by customs...... The replacement has never worked properly. It will run for 30 seconds or so but then stop..... The seller will not take any responsibility for the return and i don't want to send it back as its likely never to be seen again... Can anyone recommend a fix??? I'm based in the UK - does anyone know someone i can send it to to try and get it fixed??? An expense lesson learnt! - Only buy from Mary!!!!! Thank you all in advance. I'd already had customs destroy the first watch they dispatched so i'm concerned if i send it back they'll get hold of it again! Apparently if i return itits my problem if its confiscated and i dont want to loose the watch after an issue with it on arrival....... A lesson learned on this trusted seller! Highly unimpressed. Especially after I had to pay extra to get it here safely in the first place!!! Its a luminar one of the basic looking hand wind movements. lovely looking watch - shame it doesnt work.
