gB. 0 Posted December 1, 2012 Friday 11/30 - Olivier Bronze Diver received! Received and it's on my wrist, just in time for a dive trip to the Cayman Islands. I can't thank Roland enough for going the extra mile to make sure I received it time for my trip. Initial thoughts.... W...O...W.... Very high quality feel, great finish, awesome AR on the crystal. The case does not wear big at all for 45mm. It sits very well on the wrist and is super comfortable to wear. Overall just really impressive watch for the money. Definitely worth the wait. All those waiting for theirs to be delivered will NOT be disappointed. I'll let the pics do the rest. http://olivierwatches.com/olivier-bronze-diver-500m/ Will post more diving and water pics over the next week from the Cayman Islands. Mazz 62 Posted December 1, 2012 Nice but looks a lot like the Benarus
gB. 0 Posted December 1, 2012 Nice but looks a lot like the Benarus Not at all in the flesh. I've worn a Benarus before. This case is much more comfortable (shorter) and just has a higher quality feel to it overall.

Mazz 62 Posted December 1, 2012 Nice I didn't particularly like the case on mine hence that's why I sold mine. What did you pay if you don't mind my asking
Mazz 62 Posted December 1, 2012 Sorry I had the Helson
gB. 0 Posted December 1, 2012 Nice I didn't particularly like the case on mine hence that's why I sold mine. What did you pay if you don't mind my asking I agree. I bought then quickly flipped a Helson for the same reason. Even the 42mm one I had the case shape just was not comfortable to wear. The Olivier is a one man show micro brand and I put the link in the OP. The Miyota mov't option is $600something and the ETA mov't option is $800something. The quality and finish is better than any other micro brand bronze that I've handled, and I've gone through several micro brand bronzes while waiting a year for this Olivier to come to fruition. squashlovernk 0 Posted December 1, 2012 Like I said over on W-C. Great looking watch. Reminds of the Aquadive bronze without the ceramic bezel. I acutally like these hands more than the ones used on the Aquadive. Dd it come with an Isofrane strap? I think I am going to order the brown dial version as I think it would go well with straps. Balad1 0 Posted February 25, 2013 I see a brown dialed Olivier is for sale on WUS, $699 I think. Problem is no photos, who is going to buy the MoFo without photos? http://forums.watchuseek.com/f29/fs-olivier-bronze-diver-brown-dial-miyota-movement-$699-00-a-823115.html
Higs 73 Posted February 26, 2013 I see a brown dialed Olivier is for sale on WUS, $699 I think. Problem is no photos, who is going to buy the MoFo without photos? http://forums.watchu...0-a-823115.html particularly when it has a scratch. I guess you could just about sell a mint watch if pics of the model are on the web but you'd have to absolutely confident in your assessment, postage service and buyer.
