don't quote me, but I believe that the seconds at 6 are time bombs and need graphite treatment and a ton of other work to keep them alive....

they literally implode.

 

the seconds at 9 are fine.

 

so don't buy the bomb.

 

please correct me if I'm wrong guys....

I would not recommend a Daytona with running seconds at the 6:00 position. @9 is ok to go.

My heart was set on a silver and gold white face Daytona, So this one with the seconds @ 9 would be the way to go. and wont blow my wrist off lol? http://www.silix-pri...roducts_id=1875

Only down thing on sec at 9 is that the spacing of the chrono's is off.

If you can live with that go for sec at 9

You could considder a cheap 21J chrono spacing is better, down thing the big second hand runs all the time.

There is no perfect rep Daytona in modern versions.
