BigsCG 0 Posted January 24, 2013 damn, sorry to hear that. Maybe something simple, might want to talk to a trusted smith and see about getting it fixed. what mvmt was it supposed to be?
gbrowndsl 0 Posted January 24, 2013 I have a few 6497's I can install laying around the house. Im going to scavenge the case etc. and build something sterile. After ordering it I realized the rep game is not for me but building my own homage is so at least I can use it for parts. mvmt in it is the typical swan kneck Pam rep, case back says E0766 / 1950 figure a nice sterile dial, thick solid caseback she will look great. gbrowndsl 0 Posted January 26, 2013 movement is decorated, one of the nicer ones Ive seen of the reps...too bad it died. crystal and crown guard look great. cg lever solid, but not gen solid.

slaughterer 0 Posted January 31, 2013 Its actually an ultimate noob.
slaughterer 0 Posted February 2, 2013 I already serviced mine. 1.) Crown lock screw was not tight enough. 2.) Regulator misalignment (due probably to transport). Beware, mine had no rubber grommet installed for the case back. You will need to supply that. Otherwise, mine is working fine and keeping good time. Of course, the strap sucked.
