Advice on new HBB - Ice Bang V1 Lite or All Black or...

Recommended Posts

Hey,

My order on an HBB 2011 Black Magic fell through (see my previous thread). I have to choose another HBB with a ~ $280 budget.

From my reading, people rave about the quality of the HBB Ice Bang V1 Lite : http://www.trwatch.c...products_id=773

I also found this Ice Bang on Trevor's site for $50 less: http://www.trwatch.c...products_id=722

How are these two different? They both appear to have full ceramic casing and Titanium bezel. They both have A7750 28,800bph. Both sapphire double AR. The only difference I can see on photographs is the backplate is silver on one, and black on the other. Otherwise looks identical. Where is the extra $50 going? Which one should I buy?

The other HBB that piques my interest is the HBB All Black V1 Lite. Between the Ice Bang V1 Lite and the All Black V1 Lite, besides styling and colours, is there a difference? The one difference I can see is that the bezel is ceramic on the All Black. Is this a significant advantage over the Ice Bang V1 Lite? Is one better than the other, or is it the same watch in a different suit?

Thanks in advance for the advice.

EDIT: TO add to the confusion, I see Toro has an Ice Bang v1.5 Cer/Ti/Ru and an Ice Bang v1 Full Ceramic Cer/Ru both for $250... I just want to know from experienced HBB rep owners, which is best model to buy at this price point out of these 5 (or if some are the same watch, 3) choices.
